Niv presented as part of the panel “Law and the Environment: Regulation and Policy in the Face of Climate Change,” chaired by Prof. Oren Perez. Later that evening, Niv also gave a talk as part of Tel Aviv Municipality’s “Science on Tap” event, which featured speakers from the conference delivering accessible lectures to the general public. His talk was titled: “Legal Climate: Are the Courts the Right Venue for Advancing Climate Justice?”
