Ayelet's research involves developing an interdisciplinary approach to the emerging field of law and technology. As technology continues developing at neck-breaking speed, the proper legal response must be based on a meaningful understanding of the technology at hand. Ayelet's primary research interests focus on platform governance and power, privacy and data protection and bridging the gap between law and computer science. Ayelet has published papers and presented her work both in legal venues and in venues committed to promoting collaboration between legal scholars and computer scientists.
Ayelet was a postdoctoral Fritz Fellow at Georgetown University and is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Benin School of Computer Science and Engineering.
